Hip new hotel with amicable and supper friendly staff. Bright, spacious rooms with climate control and television. Beautiful and particularly good location in the middle of jackson, easy to get around.

The hotel was in a MARVELLOUS location, in the middle of the city. The room met needs, well stocked and perfectly clean. Stayed for 3 days and didn't want to say goodbye, I would like to stay there on the next trip.

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express! the staff person who checked us in was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. the hotel itself seemed brand new and was immaculately clean. We were traveling with our dog and they went out of their way to accommodate us by giving us a room on the first floor near the side exit. the room was not only spotless, but also had a beautiful design with thoughtful amenities like a built-in luggage bench and hooks for jackets. the beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a great shower. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, with plenty of hot and cold options to choose from. one of the best stays we've had in a while!
